Vila are un numar de 7 camere: etajul 1 - 3 camere, etajul 2- 3 camere, mansarda-1 camera.Fiecare camera are baie proprie cu dus, tv, uscator de par. The place to be in Predeal (ENTIRE HOUSE)

The house is located in a highly rated neighbourhood from Predeal, 5 minutes distance by car from the ski slope, 10 by foot. The terrace is sublime on all seasons offering an watchtower with a perfect forest view and a nice barbecue grill. There are two apartments, one on top of which other connected by the exterior stairs.
