Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

This is a cosy and original wooden house, built more than 80 years ago with a spacious garden. Experience the healthy surrounding and the big garden. No luxury estate but an authentic and cosy Bavarian family house with barbecue facility, parking areas, terrace, verandah and a garden house with Sauna. E-car owners will find a Wallbox (11kW, Type 2). Fully equipped brand new kitchen, modern bathrooms (floor heating), flat screen TV, free Wifi and a piano. New wooden floors in the whole house.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Das Schlafzimmer ist ein abgetrennter Raum . Im Wohnbereich befindet sich zustätzlich noch ein Schlafsofa welches ausgezogen werden kann und somit Platz für 2 weitere Gäste (nur gegen Aufpreis) bietet. Spielplatz und Spieleraum im Hotel vorhanden. Tiere sind nicht gestattet.

The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue.
