In addition to two bedrooms, the home includes a full kitchen, large kitchen island, dining room table (seats 8), large living room, and a cozy serenity room with windows all around. Conveniently located one block from the courthouse, this house is nestled in a quiet community just off Whiskey Row (Montezuma). There is a lot of privacy and isolation for your full relaxation. This room is a blocked off from the rest of the home and is independent of itself. You have your own private entrance and keyed entry. This space is simply an oasis! There is direct access to the outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy the salt water jacuzzi hot tub, the glass firepit, and BBQ grill.

Full kitchen, bathroom, pool, deck, grill, office, bar, etc. The views are great and the neighborhood is very safe! Please note no children under 13 years old allowed due to safety concerns with the indoor pool. Regrettably, anyone bringing a child under 13 years old will be asked to leave.
