Built in 1931, the Brite Building is a crown jewel in the heart of downtown Marfa. The 3800sf walkup apartment is located on the 2nd floor above Ayn Foundation (with Andy Warhol artworks) and offers an impeccable design with panoramic views. Blue bird bungalow is centrally located (2 minutes from downtown) & is also tucked against the foothill of the Sleeping Lion Mountain. Look out the bedroom window & see the towering rock face with the occasional mule deer & aoudad grazing on the cliff side. Blue bird is a private room that is completely separate from the main hotel and includes a fully stocked kitchen, private restroom & shower. The bungalow has the best view in the house for our world famous dark skies and star gazing.
