A large light filled self contained studio home. Decorated with a scandi-minimalist palette. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Enjoy well deserved retreat in a cosy guesthouse located in a safe, friendly and quiet Alphington, in inner city Melbourne, 7km northeast of city centre. It has a private entrance and outdoor sitting area. The Alphington train station and buses to the city are all within 5-minute walk. Local market is on every Sunday by the Alphington station. Various eatery, restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby suburbs of Fairfield and Ivanhoe. Off street parking available at the back of property.

This rustic little studio cottage is a 8x5m room in my backyard. It is also connected to my art studio on the south side. There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly. The cottage is fully self-contained, kitchenette, frig, microwave, electric plug in hotplate, shower, toilet, WIFI, table & chairs, linen, Electric blanket, no TV. There will be some further notes to orientate you upon arrival.
