It's right on the beach! All apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. They all have two rooms. The one room has a double bed with COCOMAT matress and the other room has two single beds. Every apartment has a furnished balcony/patio, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, and a bathroom with shower. All apartments share a big green yard with sun beds, garden tables, chairs, umbrellas and shower. From every part of the villa you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Ionian Sea as well as the different colors that the sea and the sky take when the sun goes down! A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. The Beach House 3 , is situated in front of the central beach of Nidri. It is located in a quiet neighborhood only 50 meters away from the city center. It is next to the super market, bank, taverns,cafe, bus station, cruise boats and the Ferry to Meganisi Island. You can also check our two other apartments at the same location . In front of the sea. The Sea Martin

Fifteen steps (literally) to the water. The tranquil waters of the serene east side of Lefkada in the Ionian Sea. On the top of the stairway, a three bedroom, two bathroom summer house, lying in a 1050 sq. m. lot of land in Perigiali Village.
