Villa Sofimar smještena je u mirnom mjestu Zubovići, uz samu morsku obalu pokraj impresivne stjenovite klisure. Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Ljeti se može kupati u jezeru i uživati na vanjskoj terasi, dok zima nudi smještaj u toplini unutarnjeg kamina. Grijanje je automatizirano na pelet, dok si za dodatan ugođaj možete korisiti kamin.
