This cozy little 2 bedroom cottage holds charm and character. It boasts high vaulted ceilings with authentic barn beams. The stone hearth fireplace is the focal point of the living area where large windows bring in loads of natural light and overlook the bay. The screened in sun porch is the perfect place to relax or enjoy a meal. The Thirsty Rose cottage features hand made stained glass, pottery, and tiny art creatures scattered about. There is access to the beach, a fire pit, and barbecue.

Welcome to the "Admiral's Suite", almost BRAND NEW, centrally located 550sq entire apartment attached to our Century home in one of Charlottetown's most beautiful neighbourhood's. A short walk to Victoria Park, the Boardwalk water, & Downtown Charlottetown, the Suite is equipped with a full kitchen, island with seating, walk-in shower and ensuite laundry. We are completely smoke-free/vape-free. Free street parking typically available steps from the driveway. EV charger additional $30/night.

The Country Decorator Holly House

Our Rustic Country accommodations offer you quiet comfort in a rural New Brunswick setting. Drink refreshing deep well water, fall asleep to the sweet smell of cool country air to the sound of crickets, enjoy the simple pleasure of picking wild berries in season. A lovely romantic getaway or just enjoy some gold old relaxation. The guest cottage is a charming reminder of the past; hand painted, shell decorated walls are enhanced with timeless scripture verses, previously our summer kitchen.

Dune Vista Cottage

Exceptional views throughout; Bright natural light; soaring vaulted ceilings; sleeps up to six (6) people. The decks offer views of the sand dunes, ocean, and harbour or the gardens. The main level has a modern chef's kitchen, informal dining, two living areas with pullout sofa beds, one queen, and the other double. The full laundry and a bathroom with a shower are located on this level. The upper-level bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 38-inch TV, a loft and deck with panoramic ocean views.

We welcome your furry companions for a $20 fee. Please kennel pets if left unattended.

The Garden Suite

The Oak Tree Apartment

This 1500 sq ft apartment features a private hot tub on deck, full kitchen (all dishes, glasses, pot & pans, etc. are included) with a large walk in pantry, living room with TV, two large bedrooms with queen beds (one with a large walk in closet and another large closet), 1.5 bathrooms and a deck overlooking the trees. The apartment also includes a washer and dryer. There is a Keurig machine (no pods included). There is a BBQ on the deck, and we supply the propane.

Kingswick Farm Stay
