We recently added a premium Kinetico whole house water system valued at nearly $8000. It provides softened, filtered, and clean water throughout the home. Showers feel smoother and the K5 drinking station offers crisp, high quality water right from the tap.

Built in 2023 by Mint Tiny House Company, we've thought through every detail to make this 400 square foot space feel like home.
