I watched way too many shows of Tiny Luxury Homes and set out to create my own! Here you will find custom built in cabinetry, new flooring, exposed wooden beams, built in full size bed, a sparkling fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and washer and dryer. My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. Smart car rental available.

Spacious, 900 sq. foot 1 bedroom apartment. This location offers the best of both worlds. Walking distance to many in-town activities. Located at the base of a mountain, surrounded by nature. The apartment is a first floor unit of a family home, with a private entrance. It does not have stairs, inside or outside. There is a small step into the bathtub. Off street parking. City Park- 1/2 mile Creek Street- 1 mile Recreation Center/Bus Stop- 0.2 miles Bar Harbor Boat Launch- 2 miles

The Captain Suite

This craftsman style suite will have you feeling as if you were aboard a ship, sleeping in a comfy bed, looking up at the beautiful handcrafted wooden ceiling sourced from local red and yellow cedar. Local woods are showcased throughout the home. With beach access across the street at Rotary Beach (AKA "Bugge's Beach" to locals) and a beautiful walking path, you have plenty of activities to fill your time. And if it happens to be a rainy day, you have a covered porch to enjoy the ocean air!

Huckleberry Hill Cottage

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It has an amazing view of the ocean, river, and surrounding islands, a small yard with woods, walking distance to downtown and Petroglyph beach. We (my husband and I and our dogs and one cat) live in the house that unit is attached, too. There is a private door into the unit, and the outside stairs and walkway are shared. (Pets on approval). Not for daytime sleepers, but peaceful and quiet at night.

Your family will be close to all amenities when you stay at our centrally-located unit. On the bottom floor, offering easy access, this cozy unit offers a full and a twin bed. A fully equipped kitchen with most of the essentials to make you feel right at home. The 3/4 bath also houses a stacked laundry center for your convenience. In the main area we offer additional sleeping on a small hide-a-bed, tv with a dvd player and dvd's for your entertainment. Cozy & private!

The Hummingbird house was built in 2017, nestled in Tongass National Rainforest: cathedral ceiling, natural light surrounded by cedar trees with a filtered ocean view. Escape to this peaceful and private house. Relax in a cozy loft, soak in natural light from large windows, and enjoy total privacy in a serene wooded setting—perfect for a restful retreat, remote work, or romantic getaway. We are located across from the beach in a northend neighborhood.

This private 2 bedroom ocean front apartment is just steps from the beach. You can see eagles, deer, salmon, whales and so much more from the living room, master bedroom and the covered deck of this second story unit. We have 2 kayaks for your use while staying, as well as an outdoor grilling area and a beautiful beach.
