Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Compact Central Studio Room

Just 3 minutes walk from the Central Train Station, enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Each private studio apartment has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom kitchenette and access to the ground floor patio. The TV has Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+ and Disney+. The WiFi is everywhere and very fast. Please note that due to the individual nature of the building, all studios are different so we cannot guarantee any particular one will be assigned to you.

Cwtch in the Vale

A beautiful and bright self contained annexe with double bed, ensuite shower room, dining area and kitchenette. Relax after a long walk in the surrounding countryside or snuggle up in toweling robes to a Netflix movie on the 32” smart TV. Ideally located in the rural village of Hensol, our newly renovated and tastefully decorated space is the perfect place to unwind. 7 min walk/2 minute drive from Llanerch Vineyard & Hensol Castle 3 min drive from The Vale Resort and Golf Club.

Spacious ground floor flat with 2 large double bedrooms. Open plan kitchen and living room with double sofa bed, TV and WIFI The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and entertaining. The bathroom has a double shower and separate bath as well as utility area with washing machine and ironing and drying facilities. Perfectly situated for a visit to sporting and entertainment events in Cardiff City Centre or a visit to children studying at the university, our annexe is a beautiful, recently renovated space. It comprises a kitchen/living room/diner with high ceiling, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. We are happy to host fully house-trained, well-behaved pets but please contact us before you book to discuss your needs.
