Su richiesta posso organizzare per i miei ospiti itinerari enogastronomici, paesaggistici o culturali accompagnandoli personalmente.

The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

Porzione di villetta con grande giardino. L'alloggio è indipendente e con ingresso separato dalla proprietà. È immersa nella pineta a 500 mt. dal mare. Puo’ accogliere 4 persone nella camera con bagno e nei 2 letti singoli della zona giorno. All’esterno ci sono 2 grandi tavoli dove pranzare all’aperto e una doccia per rinfrescarsi al ritorno dalla spiaggia.
