With 180 degrees views of the mountain and the sea, it is a stage set for tranquility and to unwind and experience the beauty of the area. The beach and a quaint village close by, offers everything you need. There are amazing walks. The area has the most beautiful coastline in the Western cape and also boasts with the richest floral kingdom in the world. Perfect for remote working with ± 30 MBPS Wi-Fi.

Luxury romantic apartment at the ocean 1h CapeTown

The 50 sqm studio apartment with mountain and ocean view. The open space: fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, a pellet fireplace, very comfortable queen size bed with high quality cotton linen. Bathroom: a toilet, bidet, shower, bath tub and a sink. The small laundry is outside of the apartment. You have your own 40 sqm deck, we provide camping chairs and a small folding table. We have an inverter. Strictly registered guests allowed in the property. Max 2 people, no kids. No visiting guests.

Bayview

Relax and unwind! Enjoy endless 180 degree views of False Bay and mountains with the sound of waves and birdsong. You might even get lucky with dolphin or whale sightings! Indulge in sundowners on the north-facing veranda with built-in braai sheltered from the elements. The house is equipped with a mini inverter, WIFI and a smart TV as well as a DSTV dish (bring your own decoder). Easy walk to the beach and village. Note the house next door is under construction but views are not affected.

Within 5 minutes of stepping in through the door of the guest suite, it will feel as though you have left all stress and concerns behind, such is the magic of 227 Oceanview. Flora, fauna, and nature embrace the space, creating an ambiance of peace and tranquility. The sunsets and moonrises are magical, and on wind-freedays, the sea will take your breath away. Walking distance to the breath-taking Silversands Beach. 3min drive to the penguin colony. 10min drive to Botanical gardens. 20min drive to Palmiet river swimming and hiking. Thalassa has soul and many happy moments have been spent here in this idyllic haven.

We are 100 meters from the beach. We have solar backup, no worries about load shedding. Large, private 46m2 apartment only 100m from beach entrance. Indoor and outdoor showers - and a large outside bath for luxuriating whilst still close to nature. Spacious lounging area. Ideally positioned to walk to shops, restaurants and Village amenities and even closer to the main swimming, fishing and diving beach. Gas hob, fridge, microwave and good range of crockery & cooking utensils.

Rooiels Dream Cottage

Fully equipped 2 bedroom ‘Out-of-Africa’ bungalow. Self-catering. Sleeps 4 adults in 2-single beds, 1-queen/double. Loft area w/ skylight views of ocean and a full-size couch. Spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area connects to verandah. Separate bath/shower/toilet. Overlooks RE Nature Reserve with magnificent, unobstructed sunset views of False Bay. 150m to sea. Short walk to local pub/ beach. Braai, garage. Videos+ @ rooiels221 "dot" com. Dog friendly but unfenced.

Familie Huis

Familie Huis is a much loved family home overlooking a river wetland and surrounded by pristine fynbos. A central feature of the wonderfully spacious downstairs area is a huge inside hearth for roaring fires (or to braai or cook). It's an absolutely brilliant house for winter getaways - warm and cosy (and also great for families with small children). Its perfectly situated - a five minute walk to the beach as well as all village amenities.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
