Isolated property Villa EagleStone is located on and lonesome place and yet only 5 min drive to the beach and 10 minutes drive to town Makarska with all amenities. The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). The outdoor area has a pool, outdoor solar shower, pergola and dining area, fireplace and has a perfect sea and mountain view. Welcome!

Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

Das Haus ist mit einem offenen Wohn- und Esszimmer ausgestattet und verfügt im Obergeschoss über 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. Das Highlight dieser Villa ist das Innere und Äußere. Luxuriöser geht es nicht.

Unsere stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich wunderbar für Gruppenreisen. Die Villa besteht aus zwei Doppelhaushälften mit jeweils eigener Küche und zwei Bädern. Das größere Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, das kleinere über zwei. Beide bieten eine eigene Terrasse zum Entspannen. Ein Grill lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Poolbereich und Sonnendeck können gemeinsam genutzt werden. Für unsere Gäste stehen insgesamt vier Parkplätze bereit.

Newly built fully enclosed luxury villa close to the beach with a large illuminated heated swimming pool and sauna. For private use: rectangular swimming pool, heated (8 x 3 m, 150 cm deep, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) Bookable on request: pool heating EUR 150.00 per week (payable at location). Use of the sauna with extra cost of 150.-€ per week, to be paid on spot. The sauna is open every day from 17:00 to 20:00 h.
