Located just steps from Lake Pleasant Golf Course and close to Camp of the Woods, this home is also near hiking trails, groceries, dining & shopping as well as being on the "sunset side" of the lake. Fully functional kitchen and all linens provided. The dock is available for guest use, but will be removed from the lake mid-September.

We have private of street parking, full size kitchen, 3 bedrooms, dining table, living room, air conditioning, full size bathroom, and a seasonal enclosed deck!

Lake House in Averill Park, NY (age 30+ excl kids)

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Age requirement of at least 30 years old for guests (except kids).

Lake Front Chalet, Glen Lake

Glen Lake is approximately 3 miles long. The house is in the deeper and wider sections of the lake. The Dockside Restaurant is on the lake serving lunch and dinner. A dock space is available for a small runabout, fishing boat or jet ski. Kayaks, Canoe are also available. The water is comfortable and great for swimming and activities. Surrounding homes along the lake are mostly year-round and it tends to be very quiet during the week, especially during the day.
