This detached appartment has 55 mp with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and terrace. It is built in the traditional tuscan style with stone and wood. Its 20 minutes drive to the sea,1 hour to Siena, 2 hours to Rome and Florence, 5 minutes to Caldana city Center where you have all amenities (groceries, bank, Postoffice,3 restaurants..) You will find a lot of activities like horseriding,excursions of history and plants,winetasting and kilometers of wonderfull beaches, watch the birds and wild animals.

The room is located on the 1st floor of a small private building, reached by an internal staircase from a common entrance. Bright, quiet and comfortable, it is located in front of the Mura Medicee, the perimeter of Grosseto's historical centre and the heart of the city, from which you can admire the Cassero Senese. One of the main bus stops is 50 metres away. You can take advantage of a 10% discount at the 'Bastion Contrario' restaurant, which I own very close to the structure.

It has a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed with a pull-out bed in the common area, for a total of 4 beds and a bathroom with shower. The room is on the first floor, is comfortable and bright and is equipped with air conditioning and bed linen and towels. A few steps away you will find public parking, a public park, bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is about 200 meters away.
