Being my home I have taken care of every detail: from materials to the lighting, to the custom-made furnishings, to the insulation, to the point that it's the first house of the center in max energyclass. Alsoequipped with 3 electric velux, 2 smart TV+ wifi, 2 bikes, it's located in a strategic position, being only 200m from the pedestrian area, 300m from the station and 30min by car from the 5lands, Pisa and Lucca

Casa la Formica è un comodo e tranquillo loft, una volta un fienile, vicinissimo al centro di Lucca, con un piccolo parcheggio privato gratuito. Ideale punto di appoggio per visitare la città e la regione con le sue note città d'arte come Pisa e Firenze o per raggiungere il meraviglioso litorale, per una giornata al mare e nei parchi naturali che lo circondano. Vicino a tutti i servizi, supermarket, panificio, bar, pasticceria. Facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto, autostrada e ferrovia.
