Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. La Casa dalla porta Blu - Slow life in Tuscany

In the herat of a small village, this old stone house was once part of a tower. The apartment is on the upper floor and it still preserves the character of the original building: thick stone walls, wooden cellings and deep windows that resemble old lookout points . The space is simple and cozy: an open living area, a bedroom with an iron bad and antique forniture and small corners full of light. The Kitchen is small and colorful, perfect for preparing a slow brackfast or a simple dinner. One of the special places in the house is the covered terrace overlookingn the mountains - a peaceful spot for outdoor meals, reading or simply enjoyng the quiet atmosphere of the village. This is a home for people who love authentic places, stone and wood houses, small details and the slow rhythm of mountain villages

Casa Caterina si trova nel piccolo e caratteristico borgo di Lucchio, immersa nel verde e con la possibilità di molteplici attività sportive nelle vicinanze adatte a adulti e bambini, nonchè di cammini molto caratteristici. Lucchio dalla primavera all'autunno, regala paesaggi con colori meravigliosi, nei quali è possibile immergersi per fare trekking, escursioni in mountain bike, andare a fare il bagno nel torrente Lima, cercare funghi e raccogliere castagne, tutte attività adatte alle famiglie.

Il Palazzo

Il Palazzo Rospigliosi fu edificato nel 1550 da Ludovico Appiano Signore di Piombino. Distrutto nel Settembre 1944 dai bombardamenti degli alleati, fu poi ricostruito nel dopoguerra, solo una torretta e la Volta di entrata si sono salvate. Abbiamo cercato di rendere nuovamente un’anima al vecchio Palazzo, mantenendo quello che rimaneva della ristrutturazione del dopoguerra compreso i mobili che rendono l’appartamento particolare e rilassante facendoti tuffare nuovamente nel tempo che fu.
