L'ingresso sul vicolo è al piano rialzato (solo 4 scalini per accedervi), mentre le finestre sulla via del Poggiolo sono al secondo piano. La cucina è completamente equipaggiata, con lavastoviglie. Il loft è dotato di wi-fi, lavatrice, smart TV. Un posto auto in un parcheggio privato, a 120 metri dal loft, è incluso.

Casa Chiassarello si trova in posizione tranquilla e panoramica, a pochi passi dal centro di Roccastrada. La casa, interamente in pietra, é ricavata da un vecchio frantoio. L'alloggio è uno spazio aperto di circa 80 mq dove è presente una cucina molto spaziosa, un bagno, zona notte con tv e camino; si affaccia su una spaziosa veranda sfruttabile come zona pranzo e zona relax. L'accesso al centro storico è chiuso alla normale viabilità ma a 200 m si trova un parcheggio a pagamento ed a circa 400 m si trovano due parcheggi gratuiti.
