At the same time with advanced technology systems such us Wifi fiber, apple tv, home automation, Sonos playbar, to create a very relaxing atmosphere. Spacious and bright interiors divided by glasses, mirrors, curtains instead of fixed walls: a moving space that can change according to the guests needs. Excellent location on the river, a few minutes walk from Catelvecchio and Arena, in San Zeno, a very charming historical and trendy area, very lively and safe. I am always avaialble to give new informations or advices to enjoy the best of Verona . Set along the River Adige in central Verona, the apartment is within walking distance of traditional restaurants, boutique shops, trendy bars, and quaint cafes. The Arena di Verona is steps away. The San Zeno area is an ancient part of the town, well preserved and very alive, still not too touristic but very charming and safe: the Basilica of San Zeno in San Zeno square, heart of the district, is the most beautiful church of Verona. In the price is not included the VERONA TOURIST TAX of 2,50€/person/day that visitors has to pay in cash upon their arrival. CHECK OUT by 11.00 CHECK IN before 20.00 (for exceptional check in between 20.00 and 22.00 will apply a surcharge of 20€). We don't accept check in after 22.00

Casa Teatro Ristori si trova nel centro antico di Verona, è luminosa e silenziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort e ampio garage. È situata tra l’Arena e Castelvecchio, raggiungibili in pochi passi, in un vivace quartiere ricco di locali e ristoranti, negozi e un grande supermercato. È accessibile alle auto senza restrizioni. Ampia sala con divano letto matrimoniale (materasso 160X200 cm alto 17), cucina, bagno, camera da letto matrimoniale e due balconi. Tutti i materassi sono nuovi e molto comodi.

Ci troviamo in uno dei rioni piú tipici della città: Carega, che significa sedia in dialetto. Il nome deriva dalla presenza di tante osterie, piccoli ristoranti con cucina tipica. Piazza Erbe, il balcone di Giulietta, le Arche Scaligere, CastelSanPietro e tutti i monumenti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Casa si trova in ZTL: se arriverai in auto ti forniremo numerose opzioni di parcheggio vicino. Il check in é self. Verona ha una tourist tax di 3,5€ p.p. al giorno (oltre 14 anni) da pagare in loco.
