You’ll love this bright, superbly located studio condo. It’s the perfect combination of busy Commercial Street and serene Provincetown waterfront. Just 30 steps to the beach and 42 steps to Commercial Street (we counted them!). It’s our dream come true off-season or in-season. Yeah, it’s small but it has everything you need for simple, efficient living. The home contains a modern kitchen, fireplace, private garden deck, TV, cable, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning. Truly a special place.

This fabulous loft apartment is located right in the center of Provincetown and on the beach! It is part of Lotus Provincetown Inn, a staple of the town since the 80s. 2 minute walk to the Wharf where ferries dock and paid parking is available.
