One block from Commercial Street, Boat Slip ("Tea Dance") & Joe's Coffee, very central to all bars, restaurants, galleries/shops! Fresh interior with recent major renovation while maintaining its antique charm. It has 3 bedrooms, central AC, off-street parking for 3 cars, washer/ dryer, 2.5 baths. Sunny outdoor deck & dining area, gas grill, & close to everything in PTown!

Unique Waterfront Artist Cottage

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Designer West End Detached Cottage

West End detached cottage ideally located between Commercial and Bradford Streets, across from Mussel Beach Gym and a block to all of the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Restaurants, bars, and beaches are at your doorstep. The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

Welcome to The Tea House of the August Moon, a simple and cozy Provincetown escape just a short walk to all the action of Commercial Street. This lower level studio space is great for a couple's retreat or solo vacation. Guests will experience quiet nights after fun filled days at the beach, sightseeing and shopping. There will be neighbors in the unit above this listing. Home comes with basic kitchen essentials: a stovetop (no oven), mini refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave.

A few steps away are the lovely gardens, and private beach area. **Please note there is work being done on the building at 501 Commercial st. Weekdays 7-3. It is out of our control and we apologize in advance for the disruption.

Recently added an Extended bay window, new skylight, and brand new dishwasher Green friendly and pet friendly From June 28 to September 10 this is only a Saturday to Saturday rental only . Bear week and carnival week is a surcharge of $50 more per night. When you bring a pet there is a separate cleaning fee of $40 non refundable

Be Fabulous in Provincetown

Come enjoy the fully renovated and updated Jimmy Majestic Cottage located in the fabulous East End across from the Provincetown Tennis Club. This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am. Thank you for the understanding!

Free on site parking, washer/dryer, A/C and heat. Complete kitchen. Pets allowed. Our cleaning and turnover service uses disinfecting products, wiping down all exposed surfaces.
