The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

Freestanding cottage with loft on quiet street in West End. Centrally located near Mussel Beach Gym, one block from Commercial St., close to Boatslip. Queen size bed and convertible full size futon. Kitchenette, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, A/C, Wi-Fi, lawn. Flexible reservation dates not limited to weekly rentals. The place is a well-appointed studio: although more can squeeze in, it is optimal for one or two guests. No pets allowed. No smoking inside, of *anything*.

Be Fabulous in Provincetown

Come enjoy the fully renovated and updated Jimmy Majestic Cottage located in the fabulous East End across from the Provincetown Tennis Club. This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am. Free on site parking, washer/dryer, A/C and heat. Complete kitchen. Pets allowed. Our cleaning and turnover service uses disinfecting products, wiping down all exposed surfaces.
