Perfect location for enjoying local amenities or exploring the rest of Ireland - 2 hours to most tourist spots.

With Dromineer a short drive away, you can swim, fish, sail, kayak etc. This region of the country is also an excellent starting point for exploring Ireland. Quiet roads surrounding the cottage allow you to run, walk, cycle or saunter. Nan's Cottage invites you to be as energetic or as relaxed as you want to be.

Moyroe cottage is based on the outskirts of Nenagh on our dairy farm. The town centre with its main shopping street, pubs, restaurants, visitors centre and the Nenagh castle as well as the bus stop is about 25 minutes of a walking distance - 5 minutes by car. The closest supermarket is Tesco with a 5 minute drive. Several access points to the M7 are close by. There are many interesting places to visit in the vicinity. The house is situated down a private drive and guests will have exclusive access to the 2 acre walled garden and be able to stroll the 20 acres of grounds that surround the house.

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Six Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.
