The complex itself is secure, very nice, with a large well maintained garden and lovely pool area. It comes with an allocated underground car parking space. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony is poolside and south facing, and so receives sun throughout the day. Air conditioning is installed throughout the apartment. As is Fibre optic WIFI internet. Along with this is roughly 200 international TV channels (including UKTV freeview channels). And also a DVD player.

Spacy townhouse located 450 meters away from Torreblanca train station and only 750 meters from beach. First floor has living room, kitchen and a toilet.
