The views from this beachfront condo are incredible! We have a 2 bedroom (King master and twin over full bunk) plus 1 bathroom condo. Condo has been updated and upgraded recently to include reverse osmosis water filtration for the kitchen sink as well as ice. New rain shower in the bathroom. The condo is located at Las Palmas, a very family friendly resort with on site waterpark including large waterslides and multiple pools. It also boasts Uno Mas bar that has a room with pool, air hockey etc

Beautiful home in the most upscale community in the entire city! Located on Sandy Beach, the premier tourist location with restaurants, bars and activities. Perfect place for a family vacation. House has tons of deck space for outdoor fun. First level has a huge patio with a grill, the second level has balcony with ocean views. Lastly there is a roof top deck with amazing views. You can relax in the condo, enjoy either of the two pools or rooftop patio with the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Las Conchas. Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

Come and enjoy an amazing beach home in the best possible spot in Rocky Point, Mexico. Kayaks, chairs, a firepit, and an amazing palapa are waiting for you to make incredible memories. Linens, fast wifi, central air/heat, a garage and laundry room are all included. Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.

The newly acquired Condo has never been a rental. It is located in Casa Blanca Golf Villas. Casa Blanca is the only Sandy Beach resort allowing guests to bring dogs. Offering 3 pools, sand volleyball court, Cornhole, close beach access, BBQ's and more. This condo is well equipped with beach chairs, rafts and other fun toys for your use. Very nice place to vacation in Rocky Point.
