Dream Inn PR is a uniquely designed Guest House located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Come and take advantage of all this enchanted island has to offer. The boutique hotel is located in the heart of the city of San Juan, and just a few steps away from the sandy beaches of Ocean Park. As you enter this architecturally designed guest house lobby, a sense of harmony and tranquility takes over with the setting of a Buddha-inspired colorful koi pond with its soft flow of water and an abstract OM decor.

We are a friendly, family-run hotel for friends from near and far. We provide all the amenities of a home with the convenience and accessibility of Condado Puerto Rico. El Pequeño Hotel-EPH-3

Room #3 Located in the main house, this standard double occupancy 204 sq ft room features a queen size bed, private full bathroom with walk in shower and hot water. This room is large enough to sleep three, adding an individual roll-away bed ($35 fee/day). In this room you will find a closet, small refrigerator, safe box, small TV and VCR. This garden view room facing the mountain is our most quiet and perfect for the late sleeper. Includes a Puerto Rican Continental Breakfast.

This oversized and sun-flooded loft features two private terraces, an outdoor bathtub and a king size bed. The open kitchen with breakfast bar comes fully equipped and a spacious bathroom features a one-of-a-kind concrete sink as well as a rainfall shower. A designer sofa bed in the living area can accommodate a third guest. The unit is equipped with a Roku TV and A/C. The beach is a short 5-7 min. walk and there are plenty of restaurants and shops, all in walking distance.
