A Security Deposit of $5,000 pesos will be charge on your credit card for restaurant and bar bills and will be cancel if you did not charge anything to the unit during your stay. Guest can use all 3 pools, gym , massage room, fire pit on the rooftop and on the lower level. We include housekeeping before your arrival and when you leave. A property manager will meet you at your arrival, show you the unit and the building and give you an entry code and answer any questions you might have. He will be your contact person for any problem regarding the unit. At Sayan Beach we have a concierge who can book for you :restaurant, show, tours, boat etc Walking distance to restaurants, art galleries, the malecon and a lot of shopping. You are also right on the beach. Guest can use all 3 pools, gym , massage room, fire pit on the rooftop and on the lower level. We include housekeeping before your arrival and when you leave. The apartment is set in a beachfront building with a shared poolside terrace with a restaurant and bars. Art galleries, shops, restaurants, and the Malecon are all within walking distance. The Mirador Cerro de La Cruz observation deck is nearby. The taxi ride from the airport is a fix price, you have to buy your ride at any counters inside the terminal building. The master bedroom has a privately accessed bathroom area. Each bedroom is located on opposite ends of the unit, allowing for privacy. The living area is located between the two bedrooms. The main living area and each bedroom has floor to ceiling window doors that open to provide for an indoor/outdoor living experience. This allows for wonderful, cooling air to flow through Alma Gemela (our condominium’s name), the white concrete facade providing both privacy and cooling effects for our guests. Alma Gemela comes ready for cooking and entertaining when a night-in calls. Wi-fi (entire unit), TV (living area), and BOSE Bluetooth speakers (each room) are for guest use. Our property management company, Admin Homes, will be on call 24/7 to assist our guests. We will be available over email and phone as well, however we will be remote. This condominium is located in the Emiliano Zapata neighborhood, directly in the center of the old town and one block from the Rio Cuale. Browse galleries and visit live music and theatre venues, dining at a wide choice of restaurants afterwards. Our management company is able to arrange transportation to and from Puerto Vallarta Airport if required. Uber, Lyft, and taxis will be your transportation of choice when walking is not an option. There is also an actively used bus system (including a route to the Botanical Gardens, located just south of the city). The neighborhood is undergoing a transformation. As such, there is construction in the area including across the street. Please be understanding of construction noise during the day.

Exceptional Oceanfront Condo by a Private Beach

The condo is in Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos. Very private and secure with lush gardens. There are only 28 condos in the complex and private homes. The condo has US Dish tv in media room and both bedrooms, vonage phone, and wifi. Our condo building only has 10 condos with its own heated salt water pool and hot tub. Guest are able to choose from the pool in front of the condo or at the beach club. The beach club serves breakfast and lunch. Great menu and very low prices. There is a private beach with kayaks, long boards, and life jackets. The beach is served by the wait staff from the beach club or bring your own refreshments. There is a full gym as well. If you want a lot of sun, the beach is best. Pool in front of condo does not get tons of sun. I am available on my cell phone or via e-mail. We also have a concierge which can help with reservations, grocery shopping, cooks, etc. The condo in Puerto Vallarta is situated in a gated and secure complex of 28 condos and private homes. The resort setting makes for a very relaxing vacation. The attached beach club is wonderful with very low prices for breakfast and lunch. The cost for a taxi from airport is approx. $25 usd each way and I have contact info for a taxi or car service. There are buses as well that stop on the highway. We have a garage space for rental car as well.
