Recently refurbished house, peacekeeping in cozy and urban-rural districts, walking to Lake Sammamish State Park for hiking trails, near I-90 to Seattle. Close to Issaquah Highland. Costco and Fred Meyer are two-minute drives. There are two full baths, a kitchen, and a dining area with a mountain view, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus an outdoor space with a barbeque grill. KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

Beach Access, High Bank - Robert’s Bluff Bungalow

Nestled on the east side of Whidbey Island, the charming Robert's Bluff Bungalow commands breath-taking views of the mile-wide salt water of Saratoga Passage stretching from Mt. Baker to Mt. Rainer, including Camano Island and the Cascades. Guests enjoy a community beach for relaxing walks, a playground with swings, shuffleboard and a little free library. The bunglalow offers a large deck, brand new BBQ, fireplace and the nicest neighbors anywhere.

This private, cozy cottage is perched on a hillside offering mountain and pastoral views to the west, with a private, custom waterfall bath and queen bed. There are 5 acres of mountain and sea views, extensive Japanese gardens, ponds, fir and cedar groves. This is a peaceful place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). National Forest and Park trails are ten minutes away.
