Il Poderone è una tipica casa colonica umbra dell'800 costruita in pietra locale lacustre, ristrutturata nel rispetto dello spirito originario dalla proprietaria, Giuseppina, che vi abita. L'appartamento a piano terra è un bilocale dotato di cucina/soggiorno, camera e due bagni di cui uno attrezzato per portatori di handicap. E’ situato a 50 metri dalle spiagge ed a 500 metri dal paese di S.Feliciano, in posizione strategica per fare visita ai più bei centri della Toscana e dell'Umbria.

The private garden has a small beach directly at the shore of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee from your lounger or take a refreshing swim in the lake from the jetty. The Boathouse has a modern kitchen, two double bedrooms with kingsize beds, a large bathroom with bath and shower cabin.
