The Villa

Semi detached villa. Within walking distance from town. 15mins walk or 3mins drive to Scotts Bar and Restaurants. Lovely older house. Kept in the older style of furnishings but comfortable and warm. There is a play ground which is at the school a couple of hundred yards away. Also a German Café and Vegan Cafe across the road. A free standing fire and heat pump for warmth. The whole house is yours 3 Bedrooms, open lounge, dinning room and Kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided.

Highlands on Homestead a stone’s throw from town.

Spacious, comfortable and modern 1 bedroom unit with ensuite. A 2nd DETACHED room as an additional bedroom is available (see photo, fees apply) The cottage is equipped with microwave, stove top, toaster, kettle and basic utensils to prepare a simple meal. Private, delightful garden & decks facing the sun. Outdoor seating provided. Your well behaved, house trained dog is welcome to stay. Please let me know if your travelling with your furry friend and/or you require the 2nd bedroom.

亲爱的朋友们，千万不要错过奥马鲁最美海景房，绝对会令人叹为观止的海景和别墅！整栋房子是最新装修，拥有5个房间和两个淋浴，3个马桶，我们提供两张super king size1米9的超级大床，一张queen size标准双人床，一张double小号双人床，三张单人床和一张沙发床，完全可以容纳12个人！超级适合大家庭或者几个家庭一起入住！我们还提供洗衣机，烘干机，让你们在旅途里可以及时清洗你们的衣服，不用操心没有干净的衣服更换！厨房里准备了煮饭用的各种锅具和餐具，调料和咖啡，茶叶等，还有洗碗机，开放式的厨房可以一边享受煮饭的乐趣一边欣赏奥马鲁的最美海景！其中三个大房间和客厅都可以看到漂亮的一线海景和最美日出，另外两个房间可以欣赏花园美景，阳关充足，绝对超值！我们还有两个露台，通过客厅整面墙的落地窗到达其中一个面对海景的大露台，在露台上一边喝咖啡一边欣赏最漂亮的海景，日出，夕阳，别提多惬意了！另外一个大露台面对花园，坐在露台沙发上看着小羊们吃草，咩咩叫，晚上还能看到璀璨的星空！面朝大海，春暖花开，这就是最向往的生活！

The Moorings

The Moorings is a special place for those wanting to spend time in Oamaru. You will never tire of the outlook over the sea and harbour. The home itself is immaculate and stylishly renovated. The beds and linen are of especially good quality. The home is close to the Penguin Colony, the old part of town and Scott's Brewery if you need a beer or a pizza. We are sorry but the house is not child friendly so we are not able to take bookings with children.

Beautifully decorated with the most amazing views of Oamaru and its harbour and sea and only a short walk to town. A very warm home walk in and relax. You wont want to leave. Spacious open plan living positioned to capture the breath taking views. Indoor/outdoor flow. Main bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, wet floor showers. Large sunny deck. Conservatory.

This property is a slice of paradise, luxury home away from home. Only a minute walk from all that Moeraki has to offer - Moeraki Tavern, The Fish Wife and the waterfront. Not far from the spectacular Moeraki Boulders. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the living area and deck. Large deck envelops the property. Heat pump in the living area.

Birdsong Cottage

Birdsong Cottage is a tranquil rural escape, where you will wake to native bird song and enjoy panoramic views from your secluded spot nestled in the foothills overlooking Waimate. The Cottage is located at the entrance to Point Bush Ecosanctuary - a regenerating native forest and only a short drive from Waimate’s main street (5km)
