The Garden Spot is a brand new, modern construction in the heart of Little Rock, AR. It is situated in historic Capitol View-Stifft Station, over looking Woodruff Garden and Lamar Porter Field. The Quarters at Rockwater is a 4-unit complex located along the Arkansas River Trail which is a biking & pedestrian trail that links the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and extends to scenic routes beyond. A mix of downtown vibrancy and small-town community make this a win-win option for guests who can also choose between the rental of only one unit or even all four. Unit A is a first level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt with an open kitchen, dining, and living space with private patio.

We welcome house-trained pets (with a $35 pet deposit) to the home and fully fenced in backyard. Please note that the backyard is accessed by a flight of stairs off the dining room deck.

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! This unique mid-century, smart home is located in the quiet, family friendly, Historic Park Hill neighborhood. Surrounded by trees on all sides, the house has a nice, cozy ambience. Inside, the open layout and nearly wall to wall windows along the North/rear side of the house lend to a spacious but still cozy, sun-kissed feel. Clean and comfortable and strategically located near the major highways (I-30 & I-40) and the most popular dining districts (i.e Downtown LR, Argenta, SOMA :).

Cute little cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful little studio cottage. Not far from Little Rock In the city of Alexander/Bryant. Three miles from Carters off road park. Very cozy personal little cottage backed by the woods. Comfortable adjustable full size bed for a great night sleep. Will accommodate one or two people. Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

The "Tiny Home"

A 270 sq ft home fully equipped in downtown Little Rock. Dogs are allowed but we charge a fee of $5 each. 8 minutes from the air port, a 3 minute walk from McArthur Park which includes a dog park, a 10 minute walk from SOMA's nightlife and restaurants, and a few blocks from the Governors Mansion.
