Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, big bathtub, art, extra bedding, TV, library and washer.

If your coming up to fish, the Lake and river are close by and you can park your boat on the gated property. The owners live on the property, but are not on top of you. Several hiking trails nearby.

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.

Pine antiques and floor, mid-century modern, marble bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Open kitchen and dining room. Farm tables on 2 decks in summer and 3 french doors. Orchard and 100-year old olive trees. Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.

Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking meals together. Our local marina, Lime Saddle, has boat, kayak and paddle board rentals for a day on the lake.
