This cute little studio accommodates nicely two guests! The rooms have high ceilings, and there is a beautiful view of the quiet inner courtyard. You will find plenty of restaurants, galleries, and the seaside within a few block, just 15 minutes from the center. The living room, connects to the open kitchen. The 140 cm wide bed sleeps two. The bathroom has a washing machine. Apart from the kitchen and the bathroom, the apartment has been newly renovated. My parents are my co-hosts. Welcome!

The city center is only a 10-minute walk away and you will find plenty of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, design shops, parks and a beautiful cinema right around the corner. The fully equipped studio is very compact yet full of light with its high ceiling and big windows facing a peaceful courtyard.

This apartment is a true gem! In this cozy apartment you can feel the real old times atmosphere. Tram and bus stop are close by. Location is close to downtown with many nice restaurants nearby. The house is from year 1912 and it is a true heritage buildning with a quiet courtyard.
