We only rent for 30 days in order to comply with local short term rental laws.

This is a new construction private guest suite, adjacent to our house at Sunset Beach, on Oahu’s North Shore. Kitchenette and bathroom are fully equipped. New appliances, blinds, mattress, sheets, towels etc.. Top of the line split AC unit! Five minutes walk to Sunset beach, Velzyland beach and Ted’s Bakery. Parking is right by your front door. No highway noise.
