Maison située sur notre propriété de 6000m2 sur les hauteurs de Trets. Nous habitons sur place mais la terrasse et une partie du jardin sont privatives et sans vis-à-vis. Environnement très calme, au cœur de la verdure. Dans le jardin, accès partagé avec une 2ème maison : terrains de sport et jeux (pétanque, basket, foot, tyrolienne, trampoline, balançoire, château, crossfit). Connexion fibre. Détendez-vous dans cette maisonette de campagne , au calme avec vue sur le Garlaban . Elle dispose de son propre jardin, jacuzzi deux places et parking. À 100 mètres : accès à 2 cours de tennis. J 'ai mis une attention particulière à la rénovation et à la décoration pour en faire un lieu charmant et paisible. Elle possède une chambre avec un lit double et un canapé convertible dans le salon. Nous sommes au pied du massif de la Sainte Baume, à 25 minutes de Cassis et d'Aix-en-Provence.

Anse Méjean, great landscape, right by the seaside

Méjean is a fishermen's village set above the turquoise waters of an enchanting Mediterranean cove. Its pristine waters are listed for the richness of their fauna. The cove attracts kayakers, paddle boarders, divers and yachts coming to enjoy this haven of peace. The place is easy to access, 15' from Toulon station, but the city remains invisible and it feels like the world's end.
