Ridge Retreat is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. You will have 100% privacy in this cozy ground floor apartment. There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

We are only steps away from the Loop trail which stretches 11 miles connecting the east and west sides of the Wenatchee Valley. Ride your bike straight from the patio! Nearby attractions like Lake Chelan, Leavenworth and Mission Ridge are in close proximity. With restaurants and stores within minutes, this home is a prime destination for all travelers alike.

Silo Tiny house

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away. The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.
