There is an outdoor fish cleaning area, a freezer for the carcasses, and we are a 5 minute walk to Pymatuning Lake State Park to fish the jetty, rent boats & kayaks or launch your own boat at the Marina. Enjoy the beach area with a playground. The Spillway (where the ducks walk on fish!) is minutes away! House Only, does not include garage or shed.

This 110 acre lake side tiny home Estate will reconnect you to nature while you relax in the hot tub. The neighboring state park has over 14,000 acres with a lake and trails. There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

If you are staying more than a few days, we recommend bringing your own water if well water is an issue.
