This tiny home is where nature meets luxury!! The electric fireplace will welcome you while resting and watching your favorite show. There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

LemonDrop Cottage is a Lake-Front property, with direct access stairwell down to a small private beach directly on Lake Erie. Lake is viewable from the Kitchen or Bedroom windows. Situated steps from Pymatuning Lake and the marina. The property backs up to Pymatuning State Park which offers bird watching, frisbee golf, nature & bike trails, etc. The unit is newly updated to provide you all the comforts of home. Please note that because of the age of the home and it's location we operate on well water. We do provide bottled water and a brita system for our guests. If you are staying more than a few days, we recommend bringing your own water if well water is an issue.

Our renovated cottage is fully equipped for your stay, conveniently located near local dining, cafes, wineries, breweries, swimming spots, disc golf, and hiking/biking trails. Feel the call of nature as you bring your boats bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, and paddleboards to enjoy all the lake has to offer.

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Many activities available in the area with Mosquito lake nearby, bike trails, state park, golf, shopping, wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes.

Great location for all types of outdoor activities. Next to Bronzwood golf course and close to Pymatuning lake for great year round fishing. We are located out in the country and it is very quiet and safe area. We offer self check-in with a pin pad lock on the door. We are close by but leave you to enjoy country living.
