Wonderful beaches are accessible within walking distance.The house is ideal for families, couples as well as people who want to have holidays and work in the same time. Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

You will have whatever you need in my 73m2 home, that can accommodate up to 6 persons and one infant. Ιt is fully equipped, with Air Condition in all 4 room and WiFi. You will enjoy the 70m2 green garden!!! Located 2' minutes' walk from port, the central market street, beach "Tarsanas" and Lycurgus Tower Museum. Short walks up to 1500m the Archaeological Museum of Pythagoreion, the Engineering Miracle "Tunnel of Eupalinos" 540BC and the "Monastery of Panagias Spilianis".

Balcony on the sea

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
