This is a very cozy, clean, private, one bedroom basement suite. Please note, the ceilings/beams are lower in some areas. The lounging area is spacious and relaxing. Within walking distance to everything downtown, Quadra Island, walking/biking trails, even the whale watching outfitters. 45 mins drive to the chalet on Mt Washington or the cabins in Strathcona Park. An optimum place to make as a base and check out the surrounding areas. Laundry available if notified ahead of time.

I believe the best thing about my space is the location which is close to so many amenities including the pier (best ice cream!), museum and walking distance to town. For all the skier or the guest that want to ski or hike Mt Washington it is only a short 40 min.drive away. Our suite is in our primary residence.
