There's a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a smaller second bedroom. Open plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Veranda, small courtyard and a lawn. Within easy walking distance are a bank, doctor and pharmacy, a sports bars, a beach bar, 5 restaurants, a convenience store and 2 supermarkets.

The house is 1200 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (sleeps6) with linens, towels, wifi, a/c's (bedrooms), washer, dryer plus a well equipped kitchen with quartz counters. There is a 65" TV on the wall. It's quite safe with iron bars on all windows & doors and the yard is private with a spacious covered patio and a sun blind that rolls up and down. The bus which costs $1.00 U.S. for as far as you want to travel is two minutes away. There is a patio on which you can have your meals. There is WiFi, cable T.V., a telephone, air conditioning, an overhead fan, an electronic safe.
