Welcome to Casa Barilito. With the support of all of our children, my husband and I decided to take a big chance in selling all of our properties in South Jersey and move to Puerto Rico. We are going for a year now and we don’t have any regrets on this decision that we have made. This spacious and luxurious, brand new two-bedroom home has a spectacular view to the ocean. In clear days you can even see the Island of Vieques. Las Gaviotas (The Seagulls) gated community is peaceful and safe. The home was built by a retired Navy Officer who sailed the world in the 50-60’s and fought in WWII. His home reminded him of his sailing days. You can seat outside to admire the ocean or have some night life at the Marina located near at the other side of the road.
