Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Worley Cottage

Built in 1905, Worley Cottage combines cosy and convenience with a delightful mix of old Hobart town charm and new appliances. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, one with a workstation, and a spacious mezzanine level with king singles. Relax in the reading nook by the fireplace or venture out to the sunny rose-filled courtyard. This great location is within walking distance of all of Hobart's city and famous local restaurant attractions.

Glebe Heritage 1BR Cottage – Walk to Hobart CBD!

Convict-built and full of character, this split-level Heritage Cottage was once part of a 19th-century vegetable garden tended by convicts. Blue-stone walls and pit-sawn floorboards bring history to life, while a cozy open-plan dining area with a wood-burning fireplace creates a warm retreat. Enjoy the perfect mix of heritage charm and modern comfort — just a short walk from the CBD, waterfront, Salamanca, and Battery Point.

The Stable at Twamley Farm

A unique 1840s converted stable located in the grounds of Twamley Farm homestead. The Stable is a beautifully renovated two storey sandstone building overlooking the hills of Twamley Farm and nestled under English oaks. The Stable features your own private outdoor cedar hot tub. The traditional wood fired hot tub offers blissful, therapeutic soaking in the beautiful surrounds of Twamley Farm.

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
