It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The restaurant and café strip on nearby Elizabeth Street is a 5 minute walk, or take in a film at the historic State Cinema (rooftop screenings are generally available during the summer months). Walk into the CBD in under 20 minutes or take an Uber for $9. Ride-sharing scooters are also readily available. Sleeping 6 guests with Wi-Fi and off-street parking.

Down the Lane @ 408 is tucked down a laneway on the restaurant strip of North Hobart. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, and opposite the iconic State Cinema. The heart of the CBD is a 15 minute gentle walk or alternatively the bus stop is directly opposite the accommodation. There is parking allocated to this accommodation. The location is one of its best assets. It is difficult to get accommodation on the strip at this price

Separate private entry, on-site parking, only 10 minutes walk to North Hobart restaurants and the popular State cinema. 5 minutes by car to the city or hop on the bus, which goes into the city every 10 minutes during peak periods.
