Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

Our Neck of the Woods is in a private and convenient location. It sits right next door to a convenient store. There is a golf course two doors down, a restaurant right across the street, beautiful hiking trails just down the road, snowmobile trails right at your doorstep, and not to mention, the Queen of Lakes, Lake George, is just a hop, skip and a jump away. West Mountain Ski Center is also close by. Don’t forget about the outlet stores just minutes away!
