Im located near the Highland Golf & Country Club and less than 6 miles from Lake George, 10 miles from West Mt, and 20 miles from the Saratoga Race track. Property is on the golf course and on the lake which is perfect for ice skating during the winter. The space also has its own private entrance next to the garage doors and has a electronic lock for ease of entry/exit.

This is one of the nicest units I rent. The space is in an historic renovated building in downtown Fair Haven, VT. The space was originally used to manufacture shirts. I have divided the 1600 square feet into a two bedroom loft. It has very high ceiling and windows. It is very spacious and has been completed updated. The loft has it's own kitchen (not shared) and it's own lock and key. Since it is on the third floor of the building, it is very quiet and secure.

Haviland’s cove beach on the Hudson River and the bike trail are within walking distance from our home. Our home has a full gym with a treadmill. We also have a full bar with a with pool table and Foos ball table for fun gatherings at home. When it’s time to relax you can enjoy our lighted patio, fire pit and grill.
