Beach House - A Perfect Sea View

We are happy to offer a private one bedroom apartment opposite the Point Lonsdale Front beach. Overlooking the bay, Port Phillip Bay heads and the shipping channels, the apartment is 10 years with modern fittings. The Apartment Fully self contained with a small kitchen, large dinning/ lounge area and private bed room with a comfortable queen bed. It has a private balcony with uninterrupted views of the water. Ideally sleeps 2 but can comfortably accommodate 4. There are two single divans in the lounge dining area. Across from the property is a safe swimming beach and within a short walk is the surf beach. Location Easy access to the village shopping centre ( 5 min walk) whereby you can access a supermarket, chemist and cafe's. Public transport is located in the village centre (bus services into Geelong). It is an Ideal for base to visit the surrounding areas have to offer- the Great ocean road, Queenscliff, Bellarine and Mornington Peninsula. Point Lonsdale is located 1 and half hours drive from Melbourne or easy access from the Geelong train station via bus (30 min). Avalon airport is 45 min away with a shuttle bus service to Point Lonsdale. Please confirm for availability before making a reservation request as we do rent it out thru other outlets. Point Lonsdale Beach House

A classic beach house in the small, popular fishing town of Point Lonsdale. Two bedroom, one bath property with all the comforts of home. Only a block and a half from the beach and situated on a quiet street. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and a queen blow-up bed is available. All towels and linens are supplied, as are paper goods and laundry soap. A new washer and condenser dryer are available for your convenience, as is a drying line in the fenced and gated back yard. Dogs are welcomed - outside only please, where we have provided a comfortable kennel.

Maybe you’d rather meander through the moonahs of ‘Lovers Walk’ or follow the shores of Swan Bay. Look for dolphins as you swim or snorkel, then rinse off in the outdoor shower. Enjoy a BBQ whilst the kids and dog explore the secure yard. End the day in the outside bath under the stars, listening to the ocean.

Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.
