Studio@746 is located in the most prestigious suburb of Queenstown, quiet and peaceful yet only 15-20 minute drive to downtown and 8 minutes to both the international airport and The Remarkables Park shops. The Kelvin Heights golf course is an 8 iron ( well- maybe a 7 iron) from your studio door, the beach and calm waters of Kelvin grove are a two minute walk with walking/biking tracks just yards away. The studio has the facilities of a spacious hotel room, a microwave oven, and self check in.

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.
