Beautiful house located in Quinta do Anjo, in Palmela, a true haven of tranquility just 27 minutes from Lisbon and about 25 minutes from the stunning beaches of Setúbal and the Arrábida Mountains. Just a few minutes away, you’ll also find Tróia, known for its paradisiacal beaches with crystal-clear waters and white sand, perfect for unforgettable days of relaxation. Fully renovated in 2020, this house was designed to provide comfort, privacy, and well-being. Accommodating up to 5 people, it features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double bed and a single bed. The house includes an indoor bathroom, a spacious living room with large glass windows that open directly to the garden and pool, creating a unique connection between the interior and exterior, especially at the end of the day when the atmosphere transforms into a true scene of tranquility. The kitchen is modern, white, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house also offers air conditioning, television, and internet. Outside, you’ll find a private exotic garden designed for relaxation and socializing. The pool, seamlessly integrated into the garden space, is saltwater and enjoys excellent sun exposure throughout the day. Around it, there are loungers and outdoor cushions, perfect for unwinding. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. For food lovers, the house has a barbecue, ideal for preparing fresh fish or a picanha and enjoying a relaxed meal outdoors. In front of the main house, there is a unique support space with a rustic kitchen and a bathroom, perfect for family or friends’ gatherings. This space, with glass walls that fully open to the garden, allows complete integration with the outdoors, creating the perfect environment for extended social moments. For activities and leisure, you can enjoy Aroeira Golf Course (about 20 minutes), karting in Palmela, hiking and experiences in the Arrábida, as well as padel courts in Quinta do Anjo. Uma Villa de montanha construída à mais de 100 anos , implantada sobre uma imponente rocha com uma envolvente única e uma vista de cortar a respiração sobre o mar a cidade , Cascais e a montanha onde está inserida . A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

There is also free parking on the street in front of the house.
