This spacious, bright and quiet apartment is centrally located in the historic and picturesque Grand Harbour area of Floriana, just 7 minutes walk from the heart of Valletta. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

Valletta, Mdina, Rabat and Mosta are all one bus ride away. Bus stops, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafès are all located within short walking distance. Also the beautiful San Anton Botanical Gardens which form part of the Grandmaster's Presidential Palace are an 8 minute walk away.
